We offer advice regarding the right of the creative persons (artists, designers, musicians, composers, film makers, architects etc.) in particular copyright and the right of registered design including the transfer and licensing of these rights (with regard to software please also see IT Right). We also offer advice regarding otherwise protected rights under Copyright Law (photographers, performing artists, record producers, broadcasting companies and producers as well as data base producers).
In the field of Media Law we mainly advise with regard to the right of coverage of word and picture
footage in connection with averting and enforcing injunctive reliefs, rights of reply, rights of amendment and rights of financial compensation. We give advice regarding media and press-related questions in all respective fields of law, as for instance Copyright, Competition Law and Personal Rights. Our area of practice also includes the Right of Public and Private Broadcasting including the supervision by the State Media Authorities, compliance with the Interstate Broadcasting Treaty (Rundfunkstaatsvertrag) and the corresponding guidelines.

We also advise with film, television and radio productions (mainly questions regarding licensing matters and making use of the copyright) as well as Publishing Law (in particular copyright issues and protection of the work title as well as matters regarding advertising, licensing and use of the copyright).
In all Copyright and Media Law matters we not only give out of court advice, but also act in court
proceedings (conduct of a case).
