A further emphasis of our activities is the field of transactional advice, in M&A, sale and purchase of shares or joint ventures.

Because of the international competence of the law firm our corporate practice is available for foreign companies wishing to set up in Germany and providing advice with regard to the choice at
implementation of the most viable legal structure. Though our out of court advice and dispute
resolution has preference in our corporate practice, we are also acting in court proceedings.
